Throughout Damien's career he’s demonstrated a commitment to driving continuous improvement.  He has been fortunate enough to gain invaluable experience leading large-scale projects that span system and network enhancements, effective business continuity planning and seamless cyber security integration into business processes.

Beyond this, however, where his real skill as an effective leader of 20 years rests on his ability to engage, connect and build relationships with diverse stakeholder groups across the business.  He believes it is the cornerstone to driving change through innovation and collaboration creating true value.

He has a Master of Business Information Technology (RMIT), in addition to PRINCE2 and ITIL certifications and former Head of IT for Ondru -  non-profit humanitarian organisation.
